My consents are attached and each is referenced to a marked-up copy of the booklet, which is also attached. My principal constant is that this booklet should not be distributed in its present form. It is appropriate that such a booklet be available. It is also appropriate chat such a booklet should cover essentially the same topics chat this one does. And, having interested and effected CPD people review it like this is a good procedure. However, this particular booklet got out to the printers coo fast. Existing stocks sfcould be destroyed. It contains numerous misstatements of fact as well ae edsstacemencs of division policy. On a touchy subject, such as a carcinogen, such misstatements must reasonably be expected to echo back, and bite us reel hard.
