He will most likely mention an approved fee-to-trust application and gaming application for the Koi Nation. The Koi have a financial agreement with the Chickasaw Nation and we would ask that the Secretary not withdraw these approvals and keep with DOI protocols and processes - happy to provide any additional background and information. The Chairman might also flag an M Opinion made at the end of January regarding the UKB and Cherokee Nation reservation - just to flag for your radar as I'm sure both tribes will reach out to you, if they haven't done so already. Lastly he might ask for more information about the probationary employees and the Secretary's Tribal Advisory Committee.
