As at the close of business on December 31/ 1959/ Shell Chemical Corporation and Shell Development Company, Delaware corporations, and wholly owned subsidiaries of Shell Oil Company, a Delaware corporation, were merged into Shell Oil Company which was the survivor corporation. The former employees of Shell Chemical Corporation and Shell Develop ment Company automatically became employees of Shell Oil Company. Therefore, the name of insured on renewal policy No. VC-6004001, issued by Employers Re insurance Corporation, is properly listed as Shell Oil Company and/or Shell Pipe Line Corporation. Ve trust this explanation is sufficient to clarify the points raised with Employers Reinsurance Corporation and that the unexecuted copy of this endorsement will suffice.
