I, Personnel VCM Exposure
Personnel sampling during the month is summarized in this section of the report. There were two TWA values recorded during the month
which were above 1 ppm. One of the values was 1.01 ppm and the other was 1.06 ppm. Both involved a head operator assigned to the
task of charging polys. Records indicate that respiratory protective equipment was worn during each sampling period.

III. Environmental Air
A. Leak Patrol
There were a total of 658 points checked and there were five new leaks detected. All five of the new leaks were fixed, leaving no leaks still needing repair at month's end.
B. There were no reportable VCM releases during the month.
C. There was one reactor opening above the standard during the month. No. 52 poly contained 2033 ppm when it was opened on October 28.
IV. Environmental Water
A. The highest level of VCM recorded for any of the process water sewers during the month was 3.72 ppm. This was the effluent from the No. 1-4 Plant Sump.
The highest level of VCM in the storm sewers was 0.01 ppm.
B. There were no violations at No. 004 Outfall during the month.
C. Wastewater Stripping
There were no violations of the 10 ppm standard during the month.
