We met with Terry Collum, Field Supervisor for Enerco Operating Corporation. The inspection was conducted by the authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to determine compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. There were no other federal, state, or local agency representatives present at the time of the inspection. EPA previously inspected this facility on 04/15/2025. FACILITY DESCRIPTION EPA conducted an inspection on the Enerco Operating Corporation / Clark Tank Battery, which consists of one (1) production well. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed the facility, associated signage, and production well, see Appendix 1 (Photograph Log), Photo No. 1 and No. 2. For additional GPS location and photo metadata, see Appendix 1. Enerco Operating Corporation removed three (3) storage tanks, one (1) separator, and associated piping and loose oil (observed during the 04/15/2025 EPA inspection) and restored the surface. At the time of the inspection, no equipment remains at the facility except for the production well. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN There were no areas of concern at the time of the inspection.
