This study was reported using a test substance purity of 98.9%. The test substance characterization was revised on 9/7/00 and the purity was determined to be 86.9%. The Sponsor requested that the results be revised based on the most recent purity analyses. The measured concentrations previously presented were simply corrected by the ratio of the two purities or a factor of 0.8787. No attempt was made to recalculate analytical standard concentrations. As such, minor errors due to rounding may be present. Attached is the revised summary page from the final report and the most recent certificate of analysis.

The mean solubility concentration of PFOS in freshwater @ 20 *C after a 24 hour shake period was 326 rng/L 5:41.9 rng/L (CV = 12.9%; N = 3). The mean solubility concentration of PFOS in fzeshwater algal medium @ 20 *C alter a 24 hour shake period was 378 mg/L 22.9 rag/t, (CV = 6.07%; N = 3). The mean solubility concentration of PFOS in saltwater @ 20 *C aRer a 24 hour shake period was 21.8 mg/L 0.510 mg/L (CV = 2.34%; N = 3).
