It is expected that the product will be on sale generally in paint stores around June 1. Double-page, full-color advertisements introducing the new paint to the public will appear in the June 14 issues of the Saturday Evening Post and Collier's. GAERTNER TAKES LEAVE OF ABSENCE J. H. Warshow, chairman, Charles Simon and A. H. Drewes. GESREGAN OBSERVES 45TH SERVICE ANNIVERSARY C. w. Gesregan, manager of the metal division of Atlantic Branch, completed 45 years of service with the Company yesterday. The occasion was marked by a luncheon at the Lawyers Club with Messrs. Geatty, McNair, Dondorf, Sabo and Welch. Mr. Gesregan joined Atlantic Branch May 19, 1902, starting in the credit de partment, He then moved progressively through the metal sales and metal purchases departments of the Branch and was made assistant manager of its metal division in 1933. Five years later he was appointed metal department manager. STRANAD ELECTED TO TRADE GROUP POST Jos. Stranad of the Titanium Division was elected a member of the executive committee of the New York Paint, Varnish and Lacquer Assn, at the recent annual meeting of that organization. He will serve a two-year term. Individual and team trophies were awarded. First team prize in the Ladies1 league went to Atlantic Branch, with Titanium Division placing second.
