Hi Charlie, We have seen that the administration plans to cancel certain leases and make other government-owned buildings available for disposal. Can you please provide us a list of each of these properties with the following information:
1. Building name or description 2. Primary building use (i.e., office, laboratories, maintenance, storage, parking, fire cache, emergency hub, visitor
services) 3. Building address 4. Lease term (or at minimum lease end date)
Since there have been lists posted, I assume staff in the administration have this information at the ready given the decisions needed to be made on them. Please provide us the list or properties with the 4 pieces of information above by close of business on Monday March 10.
I also want to remind the Department that the Reprogramming Guidelines included in the Interior Bill (most recently P.L. 118-42) apply to closures, consolidations, and relocations of offices, facilities, and laboratories.
Melissa
