Environmental and industry groups likely will flood OMB with meeting requests to make their cases for or against keeping the rule. EPA Administrator Pruitt said last month that he has not yet decided whether to craft new climate rules. The lawsuit over the Clean Power Plan is on hold, and the court is mulling whether to keep it that way or remand the rule to EPA outright.
