There being no further nominations, a motion was made by Dr, Webb, seconded by Mr. Clifford L. Sheckler, Johns-Manville Corporation, and passed unanimously that the persons named in the report of the Nominating Committee be elected to serve on the Board of Trustees for the year 1968. ~ There being no discussion and no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 pm by the Chairman. ~~ H.
