Recommendations of the Board of Trustees for amendnents to the Code of Regulations of the Foundation a. to increase the nunber of aenbers of the Board of Trustees; b. to eliminate the Educational Committee; c. to redefine the functions of the Medical Committee, the Preventive fiigineering Committee, and the Legal Committee; d. to create an Executive Committee and define its powsrs and dutiss; e. to change the membership fee; f. to prescribe the amount of the annual dues for 1937; g. to define the rights and privileges of the members paying such dues; 2.
