This asbestos insulation will be removed from the pipe and disposed of. The proper procedures will be followed as to wet ting the insulation, stripping it, placing it in plastic bags, and landfilling it at our asbestos disposal site. This letter will serve as notification of the work to be done following the procedures of 40 CFR. 61.22 ('d) (2). The attached data sheet lists all pertinent data.
