Andria requested that we get you copies of the most recent Reform Plan information. These following attachments were provided by Mariel: 1. Agency Reform Plan 081817: This document includes the agency reform plan that was submitted and includes updates (in tracked changes) that Mariel made following discussions she had with Andria. You will notice on some of the points have notes that they are no longer on the list. She is setting up a phone discussion for Monday to provide us more detail. If you're not on the invite, I'll forward to you. 2. FS Justification Dot Points and Performance Metrics 8.10.17: this is OBPA's current draft of what will ultimately become the Forest Service's final passback, with potential edits following the Secretary's meeting with Dan. 3. FS Justification Dot Points and Performance Metrics 7.31.17: This is the initial word.docx narrative that was included in the initial Agency Request Passback provided to the Agency. Mariel mentioned she was going to send the passback with charts and after talking with her, I told her I would forward them to you. For your info and reference, I've attached the following: 4. Scan.pdf: This is the initial feedback that we received from the Department following submission of our Agency Request. It includes the narratives, initial numbers, and charts OBPA provided to us, requesting our feedback. 5. AR Passback Response 20170803: Our response to passback. 6. FY19 Program Table in Thousands.xlsx: Proposed funding amounts in thousands (passback had them in millions). Also, it is my understanding that Angela Coleman and Jen Eberlien produced a document for Dan that outlines Forest Service's appeal to the Secretary. Jen should have it if you haven't yet seen it. Please let me know if you have any questions.
