In rsDly to your request for an explanation of several cost figures which did not seem to make sense, please be advised that these two instances resulted from an original error contained on Exhibit A attached to the agreement, hr. Bobert D. Smith wrote on February 22 to the effect that on Schedule A "1/2" insulating board" should be changed to read "3/3" Insulating board", fe were recently advised that this correction was not accurate as the correct change should have been "3/8" insulating lath" instead of "1/2" insulating lath'1. Therefore, Mr. smith's letter of Feoruary 22 should be disregarded and the one change that should be made on Exhibit A would be to alter "1/2" insulating lath" to "3/8" insulating lath". We apologize for causing you this confusion and hope that this letter will clarify the situation. I am informed that arrangements will be made shortly with regard to pricing bedding and topping compound and rolls of 60' tape.
