Dilutionwater: MilliporMeilli-Qrwmater Synthetic sewage: per OECD method Reference and testsolutionpreparation: A stocksolutionofthe referencesubstance,3,5-dichlorophenowla,s preparedby dissolving 500 mg in1OmL 1N NAOH, dilutedto 30mL withMilliporMeilli-Qrm water,then brought to the pointof incipienptrecipitatiownith 1N H2SO4 and dilutedto 1L withMilli_QTwMater. The pH ofthe referencesolution -was measured tobe 7.0.Testsubstance was added directltyothe testvessels. Test vessels: Not given.
