Washington Street, Chicago 2, 111. at 10: 00 AM with Mr. Louis Ellman, President of the Company, presiding as Chair man of the meeting and N. E. Evans acting as Secretary. Sears Edward Streit Otto Welcome Mrs. Isabel Pollen The Insulation Div. showed a loss; however, we felt that the outlook for its division was brighter due to the acquiring of Mr. Howard Speelman as Plant Manager. Mr. Speelman has shown a complete knowledge of manufacturing the products that we make at Aurora and with him operating the plant, it will permit Mr. Harry Lewis to give his full attention to sales. This combustion should make it possible for the Insulation Division to operate at a profit at some early future date.
