Contract bewe n TE-II Operations and Plant 'B' Shipping F br^ary 19, 1991 This internal contract is intended to help each unit communicate effectively with the other, in order to minimize product waste, eliminate churn, and serve PF'G's customers effectively. TErJ.Is. responsibilities; 1. Will use two-way radio communication with Shipping personnel during loading of specialty solvents. 2. Will start pumping products to Shipping in a timely manner after Shipping makes a request for the product. 3. Will take necessary steps to minimize product waste when line clearing is required, such as TE-II blowing line to shipping at times, and Shipping blowing line into product tank at other times. 4. Will measure out stabilizers needed for specialty product blends and deliver to Shipping. Each container should have the date, stabilizer by initial, customer, quantity of base product needing the stabilizer, and system order number. 5. Will deliver stabilizers to Shipping in containers not not to exceed five (5) gallons in capacity. 6. Will maintain the in-unit filters for TE 314, 343, and 348 in order to keep product pumped to Shipping particle free. 7. Will transfer to Shipping products with a water level of 70 ppm or less. notet For Ausimont-TE 343 water must be 40 ppm or less. 8. Will incorporate the variation in the main lab analytical methods in the production of all products, in order to avoid borderline product being transferred or shipped. 9.
