We previously received the original Order Approving Compromise and Releasefor this matter but unfortunately Judge Kirner mistakenly included a Rodaers rather than a Thomas in that Order. I sent you a copy of the original Order with my letter to you dated April 21, 1993 and I assume that the Order has been placed in line for payment. I wrote to Judge Kirner on multiple occasions requesting that he issue an Amended Order that includes a Thomas finding pursuant to the agreement in the Compromise and Release. We finally received the Amended order dated August 9, 1993 by Judge Kirner which rescinds his prior Order. Enclosed please find a copy of the August 9, 1993 Order. As you can see, this Order includes a release of death benefits and settlement of rehabilitation which is a Thomas finding. I previously resolved all of the liens for this matter and since we have now received the Amended Order which includes a Thomas, all issues are now resolved. Accordingly, I will now close our file and send our final bill.
