Sparks, Glin's counsel wore in 1984 in direct, contact relative? to the issue. Documents and testimony reveal that 01 in's Hr, Will Sparks was extremely aware of the issue. Documents in my possession reveal that Mr. Brian Stormer siqned the mortgages and warranty deed in 19B6. Documents within my possession establish that 01infs Mr. Richard Hendoy directed 01 in's Southwest Regional Engineering Group estimators to establish the cost of removing, transport!ng, manifesting and managing certain areas of contaminated soil and materials to RES in Ashtabula. The^e areas of contaminated soils and materials are known to remain undisturbed on the site and were neither revealed nor quantified to the responsible government agencies, and moreso were not identified as being a potential endanqerment to human health, human welfare and the environment. Attached is a copy of my FAX to Olin Corporation dated August. 25, 1907. 1o date I have received no response. 1 can only conclude that Olin is unwilling to resolve the issue and moreso is neglecting its responsibilities.
