I would like to also ask about a request we made for Administrator Pruitt's signature on our annual Public Service Recognition Week co-chair letter. Donna Vizian helped pass this up to the Administrator's office, but thought you could assist in providing an update.
I have attached the email chain between the Partnership and Donna. I have also attached a PSRW flyer, the co-chair letter and the invitation to the Administrator asking for the signature.
The following have agreed to sign so far - Commerce Secretary Ross, Transportation Secretary Choa, VA Secretary Shulkin, Labor Acting Secretary Hugler, Justice Attorney General Sessions and SBA Administrator McMahon.

Dear Administrator Pruitt:
It is my great pleasure to invite you to participate in Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW), an annual celebration honoring the men and women who serve in government at the federal, state or local level. Scheduled for May 7-13, 2017, this week provides a unique opportunity for agency leaders to shine a spotlight on the important services our government provides on behalf of the American people.
In particular, I invite you to sign the attached letter as an honorary co-chair of PSRW. It has been a tremendous show of support the past five years to have the signatures of all 15 federal department heads as honorary co-chairs. This year we are excited to extend the invitation to include EPA as well. The Partnership will publish the letter online and share it with our media contacts to bring attention to this annual celebration of excellence in government.
In addition, I invite you to join us for a tribute breakfast on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, May 9, where we will introduce the finalists of our 2017 Service to America Medals. I can share with you confidentially that your agency will be represented among this year's Sammies finalists. The breakfast will take place in Room 106 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Finally, I hope you will take time to deliver a personal message of thanks to your agency's employees and showcase their accomplishments in your internal and external communications during PSRW. Please encourage your senior team and managers to do the same.

Honoring Our Public Servants. C onnecting Citizens with Their Government.
Celebrated annually during the first week of May since 1985 (beginning on the first Sunday of the month), Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW) is time set aside to honor the men and women who serve our nation as federal, state, county and local government employees. Throughout the country, elected officials, agency leaders, communities and public service organizations participate in PSRW by issuing proclamations, hosting award ceremonies and special tribute events, and delivering messages about the value of public service.
We encourage agency leaders to participate by sending messages internally to thank employees for their hard work and dedicated service, and to publicly highlight the important work and accomplishments employees are doing on behalf of the American people.
There are several ways you can participate that require very little time or resources:
Choose a day to greet your employees at the door and thank them for their service. Send an all-staff message of appreciation, including a statement about the collective impact your
agency's employees are making on behalf of the American people. Blog or tweet--using #PSRW--about a recent accomplishment that demonstrates the value of the
services your agency provides. Post a brief video online thanking government workers and talking about what you are most proud of
among your agency's accomplishments. Convene your agency's executive leadership and encourage them to likewise take time to show their
appreciation to their employees. Encourage your employees to talk about their work with local schools or civic groups during PSRW. Open your agency for job shadowing or a family day event.
As in previous years, the nonprofit, nonpartisan Partnership for Public Service has requested a message from the President celebrating PSRW and a Senate resolution officially designating the week-long observance. We also look forward to sharing an honorary co-chair letter signed by members of the White House Cabinet. We will post these on the PSRW website as they become available.

Fifth Annual Public Service Charity 5K Run/Walk: Sunday, May 7, 9:00 a m. Join fellow government employees, family and friends for this fun event supporting a good cause. The 5K is open to runners and walkers in the Washington, D.C. area, plus others who wish to form teams and participate in communities across the country. Proceeds benefit the Federal Employee Education & Assistance Fund.
Service to America Medals Finalist Announcement: Tuesday, May 9, 9:00 a m. The Partnership for Public Service will introduce our 2017 Sammies finalists at a breakfast on Capitol Hill. Attendance is by invitation only. For more information, contact Amy Mayer at sammies@ourpublicservice.org.
Washington Nationals: Thursday, May 25, 4:05 p.m. May 25 is Federal Workforce Day at Nationals Park. Government employees will have the opportunity to purchase discount tickets. Pre-game activities will include tributes to public servants in attendance. Save the date and watch for additional information during PSRW.
