Hire a Director of Industrial Hygiene. -Z. Obtain contract for, and coordinate medical services from American Health Profiles. ^8. Complete review of Chemicals Labeling Program and initiate revisions to Material Safety Data Sheets. 4. Install computerized records system to collect and store exposure data in a retrievable form. -- 5. Direct timely compliance with new government regulations. ^6. Insure that each plant develops a solid waste disposal program for compliance with RCRA. In addition to the discrete goals listed above, I intend to maintain the following functions. 1. Cultivate improved service from medical division and AHP. 2. Provide support/consultation to the plants and business areas on unscheduled problems. 3. Develop and maintain an understanding of environmental issues and stay abreast of new developments in Industrial Hygiene. 4. Participate in trade associations and professional activities. 5. Improve public speaking ability.
