This is to inform you of the following results of your vinyl chloride excursion samples on June 16, 1983 while disconnecting ship Fernwave. All were above the ceiling of 5 PPM:
Ruel Seneca - 169.39 PPM Dick Beard - 14 PPM A1 Wilson - 444.4 PPM
Header load and vent valves on ship were leaking. Breathing air was used.
You may make arrangements with our medical department for a physical if you so desire.
