(Z) A hydraulic system of cleaning to do away with chinning Appropriations for this equipment will be requested within the nest thirty days. (5) The introduction of the 8 hr. shift in place of the 12 hr shift A study of this arrangement will be made, and if at all practical will he adopted. Nevertheless, we will again review the matter and see whether more modern equipment has not been developed in the last year or two so that this method if much more practical and satisfactory than the blowing method, can be adopted.
