I- Minutes of the February 23, 1961 meeting were approved. Mcident Case Histories The new format for the monthly publication of accident case histories was approved. Members also favored the new arrangement which copies can be purchased from the Association in quantity. Mr. Harold Bell submitted a format for the preparation of *^cident case histories. This format was accepted subject to a rewrite and the Committee resolved that copies should be mailed *ecutive contacts of member firms together with a letter of transttal and a sample case history which would illustrate use of the t. klication of back issues of case histories. Secretary was instructed to investigate the cost of various * of publishing a volume containing back issues of accident ^stories. Each member of the Committee was asked to write to Mr. R. H. Albisser making suggestions for the renaming of the Comnittee and for possible revision of membership rules. The Subcommittee will make a final recommendation at the next meeting. 9.
