Dear Dr. Wong:
The Vinyl Chloride Research Coordinator Group has reviewed your November 26, 1985, request for additional funding and acted favorably on your request. The total cost of CMA Agreement number VC-10.0 is thus increased by $1,990 to $149,773 from $147,783. You may invoice CMA for $1,990 at any-time prior to the completion date of the contract. Because of the difficulties encountered in the collection of data during the performance of this contract, the contract completion date is extended to July 31, 1986.
All of the terms and conditions of CMA Agreement number VC-10.0 remain the same.
Sincerely,
CMA 008648

Dear Vinyl Chloride Research Coordinator Member:
Please review the enclosed request for additional funding of $1,990 from the Environmental Health Associates (EHA). Please call me by December 16, 1985, if you have any objection to approving the EHA request. The Panel currently has more than adequate funds to cover the requested amount and therefore your approval will not result in any additional billing to your company. If no objection is received by December 16, I will proceed with amending the original contract after that date.
Wishing you Happy Holidays.
Sincerely,
