Oardiaer, President 8. F. Beeves, Tice President and Treasurer A* X. Wilson, Ties President X. H. Merritt, Secretary 1. T. Beale, Bireetor The meeting was called to order by Kr. J* W. Oardiaer, who presided, and xr. X. H. Merritt reported the aiaates of the meeting* The minutes of the meeting of June 2$ were read and approved On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously decided to make application for a C*B ia the amount of $87,049*00 for the ereotloa and installation of a semi-works plant for the production of *5X pigment. Consideration was given to the request from the Pennsylvania State Chamber of Commerce for additional support in their proposed expanded operations, but it was decided, without prejudice, to do nothing farther at this time than what we are now doing in the way of a regular membership* General business conditions were discussed. There being no further business, upon motion the meeting adjourned*
