If you are not available for a specific date, indicate if a proxy may be available. We need to schedule a conference call to discuss a decision on the form that the consortium will take: either an entity funding subscription research under API, or as a self-incorporated entity which hires API to perform administrative duties. This issue was the topic of a memo from John Wagner which was sent out last Friday in an e-mail from me, and is now posted to the Consortium Web site (access information below). Additional information on the cost implications for each option is being developed and will be distributed as soon as it becomes available. Please also note the e-mail list server address above.
