RE: ASBESTOS DUST TEST AT BLDG. 54E
A dusC test was taken on December 4, 1972 at Bldg. 54E while John Manville Brand Superex Block Insulation was being cut. The employee was wearing the sampler while cutting the Hi-Temp block. Sampling period was 48.5 minutes.
Some of the dust was visible on the filter so two slides were prepared, one as is, and the other one with the surface dust knocked off. The results are shown below.
