As he was doing this he suffered a small cut. No investigation was conducted. - A Senior Process Engineer was stung by a wasp. - A compound operator suffered a foreign particle in his eye while vacuuming preblend from B feeder. Goggles will be worn while performing this job. The overexposure was for a job that normally requires NO dust respirator.
