As we discussed, the Corps has been doing a pretty good job dragging out the EIS process for an off-stem reservoir project out here in northern Colorado. Its called the Northern Integrated Supply Project. It looks as though the Corps has said they will have a ROD in 2018, but we are dubious. http ://www.northernwater.org/sf/WaterProj ects/NISP Anything yall can do to press from your side would be most appreciated. With as much growth as we are expecting here over the next several years, we will need as much storage as we can get!
