Box 4540 Houston, Texas 77210-4540 Transmitted via Email RE: Consent Agreement and Final Order RCRA Docket No. VI-722-H Former Texaco Refining and Marketing, Inc., Port Neches Refinery (a.k.a Motiva Port Neches Terminal) Dear Ms. Allen: The purpose of this letter is to terminate the above referenced Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) which became effective on June 27, 1988, between EPA Region 6 and Motiva Enterprises, LLC for the former Texaco Refining and Marketing, Inc., Port Neches Refinery. The CAFO identified two RCRA units that required proper closure (Rodriguez Reservoir and the Oil Recovery Reservoir). The CAFO also required various hydrogeologic investigations. Motiva Enterprises, LLC has satisfied the requirements of the above referenced CAFO and it is hereby terminated.
