This memo is to verify the rescheduling of our meeting for Monday, November 11, 1:00 to 4:00 at the Conoco offices in Houston. The agenda previously sent will remain the same.
Based on the observations regarding the integrity of the three G&M installed wells that were recently plugged and abandoned, Vista and Conoco are submitting to you for reimbursement the invoices for that work. These costs total $7,130.00 and include P&A costs and survey work necessary to complete the job on wells WB-4, WC-7, and WBP-12. As you are aware, a G&M representative was on-site to observe this work.
