Linstromberg, received a call from Mr. C. 3. Paxton, Assistant Division Manager with Continental Oil Company at Denver, who advised him that the town of Theraopolis, lyoming was being sued for $10,000 by an employee of the town who claims that his blindness was caused by lead poisoning. Mr. Linstromberg was instructed to advise Jack Cole, Safety Engineer at Casper, Wyoming, who informed us that Dr. Sanders is acquainted with the case and has a report from the Mayo Clinic where the man was treated after an acci dent in which he was sprayed with chlorine in connection with his work at the municipal water works. It is possible.that the Continental Oil Company office at Denver may wish to communicate directly with you for further advice, and we would appreciate anything you can do to be of assistance to them.
