BENTON - ASBESTOS PHYSICAL (jXKjQcr&J} As you know, Ron Benton is responsible for the Reynolds Asbestos Control Program, which requires him to conduct on-site inspections, evaluate the condition of asbestos, and make recommendations accordingly. He also analyzes bulk samples of insulation to determine if asbestos is present. These activities result in a potential exposure to asbestos, and I would like him to be included in our medical surveillance program. Should you have any questions regarding this request, I will be glad to discuss it further. HMC/mjm Homer M. Cole TX TINER RMC0063966
