Quorum Present Antitrust Guidelines reviewed
Decisions/Actions:
1. ACTION:
API and Budget Committee will work to identify areas that need clarification in the 800K CinPathogen budget for 2Q07.
2. DECISION: OC accepted CinPathogen 2Q07 milestones proposal.
3. ACTION:
Jennifer Galvin will request from Jerry Rice a report from the QA/QC Team to be delivered week of May 7. Requested report to include update on AML and NHL case accrual.
4. DECISION: OC agreed to be invoiced for 2007 commitment
ACTION:
API to send invoices.
5. ACTION:
Stuart Cagen requested to call Dr. Otto Wong to inquire into the status of a contract for administrative support of the case control study.
6. DECISION: OC agreed that all items on the Budget Analysis are important to the contract.
7. ACTION:
API will send a weekly update to BHRC on the Budget Analysis progress.
8. DECISION:
Agreement that it was appropriate to clarify the milestones list ("deliverables"), to make it clearer that the milestones are a mechanism for reporting study progress for budget and contract administration only.

ACTION: NEXT CALL:
The conduct and conclusion of the study are under the exclusive control of the principle investigators. No case data or analysis is to be shared with the sponsors or API prior to publications being accepted. Each sponsor company will provide comments to Mark Fitzsimmons on the "Deliverables" document by cob Friday, April 27, 2007.
Mark will collate, draft revision and send to BHRC by cob Monday, April 30,2007.
BHRC comments back to Mark by cob Tuesday, May 1,2007.
