Occupying nearly 100 acres, our new campus will be home to 4,000 Toyota Team Members. It's economic impact to the city of Plano will exceed $7 billion. Importantly, from your standpoint, our campus has employed exceptional environmental practices in order to meet LEED Platinum standards. We will use enough solar panels to produce up to 25% of our daily electricity needs, while additional energy will be generated by Texas wind farms. Using a unique rain harvesting system, we will collect up to 400,000 gallons of rainwater for use on the property. I have attached a one-pager that describes these and other features of our new campus, along with a letter from the White House, applauding Toyota for its investment in Plano. When I spoke with the Administrator before dinner, he seemed excited about the prospect of visiting our new facility and we would be excited and honored to have him tour our operations.
