Dear Mr. Dugger: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Kinder Morgan Export Terminal on November 15, 2023, included a visit to your facility at 901 Light Company Road evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the November 2023 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required.
