Report Form for Asbestos Air Sampling and Counting
Presently, we are using the attached form for use in recording general air sampling results. To show its application, a typical asbestos dust study is reported. Generally, this form is used as a field sheet and with an appropriate cover letter provides the necessary sampling data for deter mining and reporting exposure concentrations in the working environment.
If possible, we would like to retain one form for reporting air sampling facts.
Your review and comments relating to use of this form for report ing asbestos exposures will be appreciated.
