Both of these men do acoustic work also. Also attached is a copy of the Federal Register and I have marked in the border what would seem to me to be the impor tant part of the asbestos standard that might possibly pertain to our applicators of our decorative ceiling textures as well as wall textures. . We would like to have your opinion of any possible exposure our contractors who shoot acoustic and texture might have so that we can offer them our opinion as to whether they will be able to continue these applications after July 4, 1973. Of the items our customers are.spraying the asbestos content will run 4 to 5%, which would be in excess of the allowable standard of 1% if this does pertain to- us. DLP:smb Attachments cc: William E.
