MINUTES OF SHAC COMMITTEE MEETING JUNE 25, 1976 Present: Harold Lacy, Chairman Jim Cavender Clyde Hebert John Tissue Gene Stacy Arnold Glass John Rasmussen (part-time) The purpose of this meeting was to outline the preliminary plans and assignments for the annual housekeeping and safety inspection. The introductory presentation will follow the same general format as last year with the Office Safety Committee to be added to the program. The Hourly Safety Committee chairman will be invited to make a presentation if he so desires. Gene Stacy reviewed the general arrangments following the format made by Ray Rosenberg of last year's inspection. Loss Prevention and Safety department will take care of items 1-5 (hats, glasses, goggles, rain suits, if necessary, etc.). John Tissue will make arrangements for items 6-10 (souvenirs, social arrangements, transportation, etc.). It was decided that the members of the Hourly Safety Committee would be invited to attend one of the dinners along with the Plant Manager's Safety Board and the Safety and Housekeeping Action Committee. John Tissue will work closely with E. H. Jones in developing plans for other social affairs. The committee agreed that last year's tour schedule was, in genera-1, appropriate and Stacy will develop the details for the 1976 schedule. Tentatively, the follow! areas will not be inspected: EMA, AN-5, EVC, LDPE area. Dept. 2k (?), S-22 (?). Next Guest Inspection The next inspection will be scheduled for late August to develop the final work lists to be used as a guide in preparing the plant for the annual inspection. JAG/gk 6/30/76 J.
