April 21, 1981, che VC Project Panel Chairman (T. R. Torkleson of Dow) will make a presentation to CMA's Special Projects Advisory Group (SPAG) regarding the past accomplishments, current status and future direction of the VC Project Panel. The presentation is part of the SPAG annual review of all CMA special project panels. These reviews are intended to provide appropriate CMA-oriented guidance to the project panels, to insure that the panels are operating with in their charters and CMA guidelines, and to determine if continued CMA involvement is warranted. (Incidentally, C. W. Smith, Senior Consultant, HS&E is Shell's representative on SPAG.) Attached is a draft copy of the information on che VC Project Panel which will be presented for SPAG's consideration. It would be appreciated if you would submit this draft document to the Business Center for review and comment.
