Removal, modification, and replacement of equipment and systems, as well as new capital equipment are required. New, revised and relocated pressure, and electronic instrumentation is required. Modification of the Column (1301) is considered to be performed under a Lump Sum contract. Contingency ' A 1074 Contingency is included in this estimate. Cost Escalation Allowance Escalation has been included for the last quarter 1975 time frame. A 1.3 Labor Index has been included for construction and installation labor. Estimate Accuracy Based upon present information, this estimate is believed accurate within +15 to -15 percent.
