("Braskem") as having violated the Clean Air Act ("CAA"). This Notice of Violation ("NOV") is issued to Braskem pursuant to Section 113(a)(1) and (3) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. 7413(a)(1) and (3). EPA alleges violations of the following requirements at Braskem's La Porte Plant facility: New Source Performance Standards ("NSPS") at 40 C.F.R. Part 60, National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants ("NESHAP") at 40 C.F.R Part 63, and the Texas State Implementation Plan ("SIP"). This NOV provides you with the opportunity to confer with EPA.
