Dear Mr. Lewis:
We have on hand a number of samples listed below on which we have not been given the location and tank data on the regular forms.
This probably has been due to the fact that we originally instructed the safety men to tabulate pertinent data only on tanks at blending locations or on spiking tanks at the latter locations. In order that we nay use the information from these samples it will be necessary for us to have all the data that can be obtained on the tanks in question. As some of these represent samples from Jobbers* tanks, it is apparent that much information will not be available; however, we would like to have all the information on the first sheet which can be gotten, and similarly, information on the second sheet in relation only to the tank from which the sample was obtained.
In addition, please advise the safet3<' men to follow the above procedure in the case,of every tank from which a sample is obtained.
I am asking you to do this as you will best know by what means this request can be disseminated.
