Byron,
I have read your last information, and have created a strawman to illustrate my understanding of your advice. The example illustrates that the sale of the company will cause a loss of eligible allowances from the status prior to two companies coming together. This does not agree with an earlier advice that the purpose of the internal EPA policy is to prevent a company from increasing the eligible allowances not to penalize or reduce the allowances. The example illustrates that merging the two companies will not increase the allowance impact on US directed sales of TPEM equipment.
You have promised me a decision multiple times, and nothing has been done. I am now demanding my representatives arrange a meeting with Mr. Pruitt as soon as possible.
Representatives, please get me a meeting with Mr. Pruitt, and Ross, please contact his chief of staff for the same. Remember, it will only take a few minutes of his time to illustrate the issue. I will meet him anywhere at anytime...just need 5-10 minutes.
