Your resume came to me through two different channels and although neither mentioned an interest in pesticides, I figured I would reach out. In OCSPP we oversee the EPAs chemicals program (under TSCA) and also the Pesticides Program (under FIFRA/FFDCA/ESA). Might you be interested in something pesticides related? I may have the ability to fill a few political spots, depending on expertise and fit.
