Me said he understood and agreed and agreed that it was a good Idea for us to be certain of the exact disease. He further indicated to me that he didn't know if we could ever put together a settlement because of the medical problem at which time I advised him that there may be a possibility of keeping medical open for two - three years and that that decision was still in the process of discussion on our side.
