The steam stripper fo r the present plant will be used following the plant expansion. Conoco ha installed a similar sized spare steam stripper for use now and following the Pi ant expansion. The steam stripper has a design water feed rate of 150 gall ons per minute. The normal water feed rate to the steam stripper in the prese nt plant is 80 gallons per minute. The normal rate and c ompg sitions of the water feed to the steam stripper in the expanded plant wi 'll )e essentially the same as those in the present plant. The efficiency of the st ;am stripper and the steam rates to the steam stripper should remain essenti al 1* the same.
