Dear Ms. Fleming: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Port of Brownsville on September 25, 2023, included a visit to your facility at 9351 Old State Hwy 48 evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the September 2023 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required. As part of the inspection process your facility was issued an EPA identification number, referred to as an EPA ID#. That number is TXR000074302. This number was assigned as a way to document the inspection and no future action determination. The inspection report can be viewed at https://www.epa.gov/tx/enforcement-complianceassurance-documents-texas within 70 days of the inspection.
