Wheeler answered Prof. Lee's letter of September 29 on October 13. Prof. Lee wrote back on Ootober 22 requesting some Information that we cannot provide. Since Lee's letter he has printed a brief report covering PCB's In the Milwaukee River and has given us a copy of a data summary that he and his co-workers Intend to publish later on. The Mulwaukee River report and the data summary were given to Mr. Joe Metoalf of the Inorganic Division Staff by Prof. Lee directly. It was Metcalf's opinion that Lee felt that he was given the "run-around" from Monsanto.
